Abstract

Madencilik faaliyetleri ekonomiye can veren önemli sektörlerden bir tanesidir.

Struggle Against The Covid 19 Epidemic and Measures to be Taken in Mining Enterprises

Abstract

Mining activities are one of the important sectors, giving life to the economy. It is a strong sector due to its contribution to both the national economy and employment. As a result of interrupting or stopping production for any reason, it develops negative effects both economically and in terms of engineering. For this reason, it is necessary to ensure the continuity of production. The Covid-19 virus, which first appeared in Wuhan, China, in December 2019, has rapidly affected the whole world and negatively affected all areas of life. The disease, which has been declared a global pandemic by the world health organization, has also affected mining activities and forced enterprises to take new measures economically and product sustainability. In this study, some suggestions and measures are presented in order not to disrupt mining activities and at the same time to reduce or prevent the risk of contamination.
